Our culture teaches us to save in banks, buy real estate properties as investments. But there is a very little mention (if there’s any at all) about stocks trading. Are we Filipinos ready for it?

A good friend of mine who has been in stock trading for years said majority of Filipinos do not know of the stock market, much more of stock trading. It was just recently that I get so interested with stock market trading. Don’t blame me for this. Our culture and tradition (financially speaking) have been teaching us to save through banks and only a few has been encouraging us to invest in stocks, the most active form of investment, I believe.
